Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Free shipping. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders. PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories are excluded from free shipping, and shipping fees apply.

Canada and Mexico. Orders to Canada and Mexico may have additional shipping fees, duties, or taxes. These are shown at checkout.

Processing and ship times. We ship Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time. Orders placed before 2 PM Central ship the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday or the next business day. During big sales and product launches, orders may take longer to ship.

Discreet packaging. All orders ship in plain packaging with no product details or branding visible on the outside.

Returns. Please see our return policy. Do not send returns to our warehouse without contacting us first.
